Coach Hernandez is a Latino civil rights activist, visionary,motivational speaker, philanthropist, advocate, coach and wellness consultant for Kansas and Missouri. He is on the Community Advisory Group for Kansas Health Solutions.He is on the NAMI Kansas Consumer Council and he is on the governors suicide prevention subcommittee, which the committees serve the state of Kansas. He is the founder of the Rita Kay Foundation and with his leadership wants to make a difference in his community and across the United States.

The Rita Kay Foundation is an organization that seeks to educate, advocate and provide support to teens, young adults and families that deal with mental illness and substance abuse. He is on a mission to help break the stigma with mental illness and make a difference in the lives of young people to empower them to make a difference in their lives and in the community. Education, Health and Mental Illness are important to the RKF. It was started in memory of his late sister who lost her life at the age of 16. He also has a sister living with mental illness. We are working on becoming a 501c3 so we can provide free programs and support groups in the community. The RKF would like to thank you for your support. In response, Tomas wants to educate others in how to prevent terrible tragedy and loss.
